  55.           possibility of human error inherent in other timing and stack
  56.           analysis methods.  TimeStack can provide: 1) maximum execution time,
  57.           2) minimum execution time, 3) deepest stack depth usage, and 4) any
  58.           possible stack imbalances.  Branches may be forced so that only
  59.           certain paths are analyzed.  It has the ability to disassemble and
  60.           print the execution paths that resulted from the analysis.  TimeStack
  61.           can allow you to prove that a program will execute within its
  62.           limitations.

  124.           of this limited license will be prosecuted to the best of our

  144.             package.  A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the
  145.             diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk)

  171.             BE Inc. grants you a limited license to use TimeStack for
  172.             evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
  173.             If you intend to continue using TimeStack (and/or it's
  174.             documentation) after the thirty (30) day evaluation period, you
  175.             MUST make a registration payment to BE Inc.
  176.  
  177.             Using TimeStack after the thirty (30) day evaluation period has
  178.             ended without registering is a violation of this limited license.

  180.           TimeStack may be registered by using the accompanying order form in
  181.           the file REGISTER.TXT.

  184.     Vendors/Distributors

  187.           This section is in regard to the posting on Bulletin Board Systems
  188.           (BBS) and distribution by Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors and
  189.           Computer Clubs.  It is in addition to the requirements outlined for
  190.           Everyone.

  192.             ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given permission
  193.             to distribute the TimeStack package.  Non-ASP member vendors must
  194.             request permission prior to distributing this package.

  196.             Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or
  197.             installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are
  198.             acceptable.

  200.             Distribution of outdated versions of the TimeStack package is
  201.             prohibited without written permission from BE Inc.  If the version
  202.             you have is over twelve (12) months old, please contact us to
  203.             ensure that you have the most current version.

  205.             You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs,
  206.             or other literature which describes our products as "FREE
  207.             SOFTWARE".  Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not
